To reduce food and kitchen wastage, NHA is promoting the idea of Best out Of Waste, under which team of chefs at NHA have put together an array of recipes that are made with the ingredients such as peals, stocks etc. The Amazing Soups, chutneys, spreads, and cocktails made by chefs were available for guests to relish at The Square and The Bar. A plantation drive was organized within the hotel premises to maintain a green cover.
