A failure of government agencies as illegal farming is being cultivated everywhere. Regulatory bodies like GEAC or Ministries dealing in Agriculture acts like promotional agencies for its gangs of capital investors, traders and manufacturers rather than as real regulators on oath committed to public health and legal systems. Until the protected and quarantined elite eaters are affected, the bucks game of GM food poisoning will keep changing goal posts.
