Britain and other colonizing governments, cycled through several targeted populations in its efforts to establish lucrative, scalable, and consistent supply of unfree labor. They found indigenous peoples to be inadequate and literally short-lived source of slave labor. Children and adults kidnapped off streets, brainwashed to self-inflict family structures, convicted criminals, and even voluntarily indentured servants could not meet the labor demands. But after aligning with private interests, the transatlantic slave trade exploded as capitalist economic structures harnessed to reap the vast gains of empires and colonization demanded fundamental changes in labor supply to unfree and unpaid labor delivered up by similar systems of chattel slavery. As it is now, race of the enslaved was not the principle point, however. Profit and power were (पूँजीतंत्र, धनार्थी, लाभार्थी). The fundamental purpose of slavery was creation of social and economic organizations based on exploiters and exploited. (May 16, 2022)
Today’s supercharged start-ups, global tech giants, and increasingly algorithmic PPP governments target diverse use cases with new and stunning AI apps coming online every day. Where people are the computational slaves of those algorithmic machinations, however, there is no law, present or effective, to protect them against great and propagating harms. Consequently, people become data production units, the commoditized of the Data Industrial Complex and unfree, unpaid inputs to AI production / innovation promoted by various kingdoms.
Africa now presents most developed MVNO markets (local imperial allies) in terms of penetration of mobile based subscription OTT and unicorns being promoted by MVNOs. Niche and retail MVNO business models are the most prevalent in Africa. Throw light on how the MVNOs are faring in Africa in terms of both supply and demand. Mobile Virtual Network Operators have become popular globally. However, their presence is still limited in the African region. Kenya and South Africa are currently the most developed MVNO markets in terms of market reach in the region. The growing population of the region coupled with increasing mobile penetration and data usage is expected to drive growth of MVNOs within the African telecommunication industry. In addition, introduction of mobile financial services and efforts by regulators to establish legal frameworks specific to MVNOs are governing factors which will decide future of bot mobs.
Research claims African consumers are not very accommodating in their choice of operator brands.
A classic challenge for the MVNOs as they are already behind in the battle of market shares. Research insights state that the niche and retail MVNO models are more preferred by the African customers. For instance, it was found that when Equitel launched its MVNO in Kenya it was very well received and successfully installed. The trend is inclining towards businesses which come up with niche, dedicated models and hallucinating AI products.
There will be more MVNO activity in African region as newer players push innovation and diverse sounding technologies. It can safely be projected that unique marketing and digitizing strategies might prove to be disruptive and lead to more murky single-cell organisms competing for hi-tech propaganda endgame – विनाश काले विपरीत बुद्धि in a nutshell.
