
Add 1½ cup tightly packed freshly grated coconut in a chutney grinder jar or a small grinder jar. Add 4 chopped green chillies, 4 spoons of curd, 1½ inch chopped ginger and 4 tablespoons roasted chana dal or besan. Grind and pour few fried curry leaves, mustard seeds and dry chillies. Transfer to a clean container, mix well and enjoy! Best served with upma, idly or dosa.
