Jul 11, 2014: Search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo now-a-days take into consideration many inter-linked factors for ranking. But their top priority remains new content & geniune third-party authoraritive reviews linking to your website & company name. On-website work like metatags, google sitemaps, ownership tags and code tweaks are given less than 5% priority, but they are also important.
The most important work is “new content & its distribution at right places” with links to your website and/or brand mentions. Same content to large media entities like TOI, HT, IndiaToday, NDTV, Tech Journals, etc.. When you are creating profiles on top websites submit, stick to rules of the respective website or portal.
