Mutton Paya Curry is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. Easy to prepare and gives you unique taste.

INGREDIENTS :

• Goat Trotters (Paya) 8
• Garlic 1 bunch
• Ginger 3 TBsp
• Onion 3-4
• Haldi 1 TBsp
• Zeera 1 TBsp
• onion thinly slIced 2
• Garlic paste 2 tsp
• Garlic paste 2 tsp
• Red chillies 2 tsp
• Oil 1/2 cup
• haldi 1 tsp
• Daal mash boiled & mashed 1/2 cup
For Garnish:-
• Coriander leaves
• Green chillies
• Ginger slIces
• Yoghurt beaten 1/2 cup

METHOD :

1. Boil paya in 10-12 glass of water with 1 teaspoon salt, 7-8 garlic cloves (lehsan ke javey), 1 inch ginger crushed and 1 chopped onion in a large pan for 8-10 hours on medium flame till paya are well done.
2. Boil daal mash with little ginger garlic paste & mash it. Add yoghurt and fry for 5 minutes .
3. Heat oil in a big pan. Add onion. Fry till light golden. Add ginger, garlic paste, haldi, red chilies. Fry adding little water.
4. Add boiled daal mash & boiled trotters, salt.
5. Cook it again on low heat for 1 hour.
6. Sprinkle zeera powder.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies & ginger slices.
